Bill Keller was an extremely helpful realtor. I never felt rushed. We looked at so many houses that were within the parameters of what I wanted. He also has construction in his background so not only was he looking at houses with me from a realtor standpoint but also as someone who understands what makes a house I really good buy! I recommended him to all of my friends who used him as their realtor also. He has a really good team behind him and has a great spirit and he’s easy to talk to. And fun to be around. I was connected to Bill by chance through a relator site and I am extremely thankful for the work he put in to get my wife and I into a house. He was very responsive to our calls and texts and always seemed to have time to look at houses with us. Layla helped us buy a home in Minnesota in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. While that is a challenge in and of itself, we were also relocating from California so were purchasing a home fully remotely! The home we ultimately closed on, we made the offer without ever having set foot in it, in large part because we trusted Layla and her opinion, and we felt that she understood what exactly we were looking for. In terms of the process, after we initially met with Layla, she quickly identified the style of property we were looking for and sent us multiple promising listings to us every day. Layla helped us tour homes "virtually" by Facetime video calls and provided very useful, honest, and accurate information about neighborhoods, curb appeal, and other important features of choosing a home that would be identified when touring in person. During the touring process, Layla was also able to give us ballpark estimate numbers for how much certain renovations would cost which helped us better compare properties with differing remodeling status. When writing offers, Layla had a very good gauge of the market and activity, which helped us craft competitive offers to sellers. For the property we eventually purchased, Layla helped us come up with even more creative strategies to fully secure the property without having multiple competing offers.
